APD Accesses Flock Through Neighboring Agencies After Austin Cancellation
After Austin ended its Flock contract, APD found a loophole -- accessing Flock data through neighboring Round Rock and Sunset Valley agencies. EFF noted Austin had 'one of the best ALPR policies in the country, and the program still failed.'
