Brittney Gilliam and her family, including a 6-year-old, were pulled from their car at gunpoint and handcuffed on hot asphalt in Aurora, CO. The ALPR matched their Colorado plate to a stolen Montana motorcycle. The city settled for $1.9 million in February 2024.
