Braselton Police Chief Michael Steffman conducted 2,707 Flock searches in 101 days — 411 of a single plate — to stalk private citizens not under investigation. Twenty percent of searches occurred outside work hours. He also accessed California's Flock data. Resigned one day before arrest on stalking charges.
