Attorney General Bonta Sues El Cajon for Illegally Sharing License Plate Data

California AG Rob Bonta sued El Cajon for violating SB 34 by sharing Flock data with 600+ agencies in 26 states and the federal government. This is the first state AG action directly targeting ALPR data-sharing practices.
