Goodyear Officer Investigated Over Possible Flock Camera Misuse

Goodyear Police said a routine internal-affairs audit of Flock ALPR use flagged concerning activity by an officer. The officer was placed on administrative leave, and a possible criminal violation was referred to Glendale Police for an outside investigation.
