Deputy Accused of Misusing Police Databases to Track Coworker Could Face Firing and Criminal Charges

Kenosha County Sheriff's Deputy Frank McGrath used Flock and the squad-car tracking system Polaris to track a female coworker he had a personal relationship with. He conducted 16 Flock searches in one day and accessed Polaris approximately 40 times while off duty. The victim obtained a Stalking No Contact Order.
