Kansas Man Sues Wichita Over Flock License Plate Readers

Reason reports that the Kansas Justice Institute filed a state-constitutional challenge to Wichita's Flock ALPR program on behalf of Mason Grimmett. The lawsuit alleges the roughly 200-camera network enables suspicionless, warrantless tracking and broad access to vehicle-location data.
