Study Found Syracuse's Flock Cameras Make Frequent Mistakes — Councilors Didn't Know Before Approving Them
IPVM found Flock's Falcon camera had a 10% error rate, misread license plate states 1-in-10 times, and regularly misidentified vehicle makes. Syracuse councilors were not informed of these findings before voting to approve the system. Syracuse subsequently moved to terminate its Flock contract.
