Virginia Court of Appeals Rules No Warrant Needed for Flock ALPR Data
The Virginia Court of Appeals reversed the Bell ruling, holding police do not need a warrant to access Flock ALPR data. The EFF, ACLU of Virginia, and NACDL filed an amicus brief urging the opposite outcome.
