Charlotte Officer Accused of Using Flock Access to Aid Drug Target

WBTV reports that a Charlotte-Mecklenburg officer was arrested after investigators alleged he used Flock access and another law-enforcement database to identify an undercover vehicle for a drug-investigation target. CMPD told WBTV it does not own or operate Flock cameras but has an agreement allowing officer access to Flock technology from other agencies and entities.
