System vulnerabilities, limitations, and data privacy concerns

Eugene Police terminated their Flock Safety contract “effective immediately” due to concerns about the system’s vulnerabilities, limitations, and data privacy. Three Flock cameras had been physically chopped down by vandals in October 2025.
