ACLU of Oregon and Partners Sue City of Eugene for Failing to Disclose Flock Camera Records

The ACLU of Oregon sued the City of Eugene for refusing to disclose the locations of at least 57 Flock cameras. Eugene cited security exemptions to deny the public records request, in contrast to other Oregon cities that disclosed their camera locations without issue.
